C-Through Productions and Consultancy was founded in Amsterdam in 1997 by Lucy Gakii Chodota as an agency for management and documentary productions. Over time, the focus of the production company shifted from documentary to television and film. C-Through Productions and Consultancy (CTPC) produces documentaries, corporate films and commercials for both the Dutch and the international market.

The experience and expertise it has gained over the years have made CTPC a company that delivers productions in the broadest sense of the word. From concept to end product; budgets, fund raising and management included. Producing film and television productions such as drama and documentaries, is combined not only with the direction and production of, for instance commercials and corporate films, but also with the realization and organization of exhibitions and conferences.

Neil Schell has directed 78 half-hour episodes of drama in Kenya taking, on average, 46 days to shoot 26 episodes where he did all the final casting and in 52 of those episodes he was the art director fully as well.

One of the shows, Saints, has been sold to NTV, Zuku and to a Nigerian broadcaster who is now airing the show in Nigeria.

This show, Saints, is also being strongly considered by The Africa channel out of Los Angeles who we have a very good contact with. He also has trained actors for close to 18 years now – He knows how they work, and knows how to work them. He has acted across such greats as Liam Nelson and Judy Davis in such productions as The A-Team, Watchmen, Fringe, Outer Limits, etc.
